HerHQ membership grants you access to our community, resources and programmes in line with the plan you select. Access is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred or resold without our written consent.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account details secure and use HerHQ respectfully and lawfully. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

Membership fees are billed according to the plan you choose, and prices are shown clearly before purchase. Cancellation and refund terms are provided at checkout; annual memberships are generally non-refundable once community access is activated, except where required by law.

All content, materials and resources provided through HerHQ remain the property of HerHQ or its contributors. You may use them for your own business, but may not copy, redistribute or resell them without permission.

By participating in HerHQ, you agree to follow our Community Guidelines, treating every member with respect and confidentiality. Harassment, discrimination and misuse of member information are not tolerated.

HerHQ provides guidance, education and community support, but does not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services.

We may suspend or terminate access for members who violate these terms or our community standards. You may cancel your membership at any time in accordance with the terms of your plan.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of HerHQ after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
